The doctor I saw was fantastic, thorough, clear and knowledgeable, and gave me an explanation for an issue that several appointments at my GP and another clinic, over several years, couldn’t resolve. Wish I’d just been referred here straight away!
The doctor and the lady who was supporting her were both lovely, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was given lots of information and the doctor answered all the questions I had. The appointment went as well as it could have, and I was very happy with the service I received.
I was really impressed, the doctor was wonderful, she explained everything and I really felt she had time and we weren’t rushed at all. It felt like a “private” consultation.

I know doctors surgeries are very strained at the moment but wanted to express appreciation because I have never personally had any issues with getting an appointment or a call with a GP for myself or my girls. I’ve never been made to feel like I’ve wasted anyone’s time and I especially liked seeing Dr XXXX yesterday. The first time I think I have ever seen him and he was very patient, friendly and had a look at my file before I was called in so he had a good understanding already of my ongoing issues.
I can imagine most surgeries receive a high amount of complaints either directly or on social media so I thought it was important to provide positive feedback too 🙂

Just wanted to say a big ‘Thank you ‘ for the letter you sent to my mum. It may seem a small thing to us but to her it will mean a lot . Also, I would like to say how impressed I was with the follow up and checking procedures you have in place – it is most reassuring . Thank you for your time and effort, it is much appreciated.

You are of course all wonderful, but I hope if you don’t mind if I give special mention to XXXX who came last Saturday principally to check my BP but went on to sort a problem with my medication, before it could become a problem. It was greatly appreciated.
